In mid-2021, identical letters were sent out by Registered Mail addressed to over 900 persons thought to be members or servants of the world’s ruling elite. All letters were sent via the Russian postal system.

The letter in each case comprised the segment of the Qur’anic text found on the homepage of this site, which itself is the essence of the detailed study of the Qur’an protocol of warning presented in The God Protocol. The letter included URLs to that study as well as to its underlying scriptural basis and logical proof.

Each letter was personally addressed and required an authorised signature to allow final receipt.

Just over half of the number sent was declined, incorrectly addressed, or lost in various customs systems. The remaining half was delivered to and received by the named addressee or an authorised representative.

The pdf attached in each case is the Russian postal service’s documentation and lists all tracking events in the delivery process of each letter from submission to the Post Office to receipt by the addressee.

Thus, the list below provides proof that the named individual in each case personally took receipt of the Notification.
